Today my internet went down for a long period of time and I got extremely bored... I started up minecraft and then found myself playing in the hardcore mode for single player. When I began playing it turned out to be a really lucky beginning, there was an NPC village right beside the spawn and a nice cliff biome near it, a couple hundred blocks away in the distance, I typed in a random seed by running my fingers along my keyboard and it turned out great :D.
Anyways, I decided to save my first thirty minutes in to the game because I got of to a really lucky start, I had lots of iron and already 4 diamond. Picture below.
I made a download for my save for if anyone would like to begin a hardcore world, but doesn't want to start with the very basics of chopping down trees and finding a nice place to camp out.
