Title: Help on the coupons pls

ok so this has probably been explained befog but I cant find the post so ill just ask again. I know that the points that we bought were turned into coupons but I don't know what we do with them or what they are useful for or if they have the same value as the points. could someone pls explain to me.

What equals what. How do we use them. When do we get them. What are they good for. What's the conversion mean. I'm just not getting it. It just makes no sense to me...
