You do /spawn, that will get you back into the main world from pretty much everywhere.

Or you can also use /home to teleport to the point where you have used /sethome before.

DO NOT DO /spawn!!! If you have no food and you enter the spawn area you will autamatically start losing hearts. This happened to me and i died and lost all of my mining stuffs and a diamond -_-. FML
