Title: I've been banned for no reason?

For some reason it says I'm using "x-ray," and I've been banned. It said my ban would be appealed on February 12 or so. But today as of the 20th of February, I am still banned. I am very outraged by this because I am a paying gold member of this server. I don't know what to do or whom to contact.

...Go to the Ban Appeal section? Where you appeal your bans? And follow the section rules?
