Okay, I really don't know it what is happening, but, whenever I apply it says you registration was rejected, try again after 30 minutes. I try all the time but it doesn't work

We are using a new type of registration now, the only thing you need to do is to register on this website, don't forget to activate your email. Is this what you are doing?
