I sent a app to be a member but I need somebody to manualy allow me to enter

K i dont mean to be disrespectful or mean but iv been waiting for the server to allow me to be a member and they all tell me to fill out a registration from the banner up above but when I complete it it says contact ItsLarwence. Can I just become a member or do I have to go find a new server
