So this is actually a shared minecraft account between me and my friend (I was the only one to ever go on this server and my friend rarely uses the account anymore). I was wondering if I get my own minecraft account, would I be able to transfer all of my stuff to the new account?

I don't think anything can be done in regards to transferring items. Maybe an admin will see this and give a better answer than I can.
