Title: Problem with membership (

I can't complete registration. When i fill al the form's then preesed agree button, site say's
 "Oops, your application was rejected at this time. Please try again in about 30 minutes!"
i read the rules, fiil all forms carefully and nothing (
I tryed to be registered about 5 times ((
maybe i noob ))

P.S. Sry for bad english/

In the section where it says something like '50 characters or more' make sure there are 50 characters or more xD

You need to read the information required before you click to "Apply".

Upon reviewing your rejected applications here is what I can see that you are doing wrong:
