Title: TP Issue (Lost my stuff!)

I need help of an admin/op.
When i teleported to my town, there was an chunk error. I started to suffocate, but i couldn't get out. I died and i lost my stuff. Is it possible for someone to give back my stuff? It would be much appreciated.

Set of diamond tools, about 23 moss cobble, 5 cocoa beans, stack of lapis, bucket with water, 3 porkchops, 3 diamond, 64 coal, 18 sticks, 20 torches, and damaged iron armor.

Notch needs to fix his world holes they are pretty annoying, when you work that hard for some items and something  happens like this its a **** take.
