Title: Video for Noobstown!

I am currently in the process of organizing a noobstown youtube video but need help with two things...
 1. I need permission from fatnoob so fatnoob if you are reading this please do email me using the site email options or if anyone else knows him please do ask him.
 2. I also need a program that can let me record whats on my screen and everything ive found or looked up needed to be payed for or didnt work.

Fraps is the best to recored with, but like most good things its not free.
