Hey, I have made a new town on Noobstown ,The name of my town is Balcombe.

I have not got many residents because I'd rather have people joining once its built to see if they actually want to join my town, Instead of them saying there going to join and then once its built they leave, Everyone is welcome only as long as they are respectful and nice to everyone else around them.
