I, the mayor of DeepHaven, have decided on selling the town due to my recent life changes. I can not be on as frequently as I used to be, therefore, contributes to the neglect of the town. I will be selling it for 300k Noobz. Please, private message me if you are interested.
The only thing significant about the town, is that it is underground, not counting the spawn. The spawn of the town is above ground and is a fall leading to the actual town.

Towns are now 500k and you sell your town full of items for 300k, you sir will sell fast I think :3
