MorningWood is back! Here's some information about MorningWood for you thinking to join the town.

Small Plots (16x16)  -  1,000 Nz
Medium Plots (32x16)  -  2,000 Nz
Large Plots (32x32)  -  4,000 Nz
Shop Plots (16x16)  -  750 Nz

You must also pay to get 'upgrades' to your house, this is to prevent people from building skysc**pers or building deep underground.

1st Floor  -  0 Nz
2nd Floor  -  250 Nz
3rd Floor  -  500 Nz

I'm getting rid of the old White-list for a very short 'interview', but I will bring back the White-List if I deem it necessary. How the interview will work is, me or one of my assistants will ask you a few short questions like "Have you been in another town before?" or "Have you read the building permissions?".
