I'm selling the nation RavenHelm for 850,000,00 noobz, You get to keep all the money in the bank, You can do what ever you want with the nation when you buy it, As in change the name of the nation, Kick the towns out of the nation etc, If your interested in buying, Just reply here or pm me on the forums

That's kinda the reason why i'm selling the nation but the nations bank already has 87k in it that you keep, also when you get more towns into the nation you can ask for them to donate some money in the bank

I think people would rather buy a new fresh Nation for 850k then buy a old one filled with unactive towns for 850k, You might get some money from the town bank but it still really not worth it after a while.
Just a advice, you might want to adjust the price a bit, the Nation might have some money in it but is still fairly old at this time :)
I am not saying this cause I want to buy it, My town is hopefully always gone stay in Phonexia :)

Yes, but the towns in the nation are active, and your basically buying it for around 775k, If you were to count the money in the bank, Also changing the price would sorta be a scam don't you think? why should my nation cost least then a new one, your dont have to deposit alot of money into the bank for awhile sence mine already has some.

This is the truth, for any aspiring nation owners they're effectively only paying 775k for a nation versus 850k. A good deal if you ask me. However, that still puts up the barrier of purchasing at 850k - because the player still has to pay that directly to you and then they get ownership of the nation. My advice to you, Zee, would be to sell the nation for 775k up front and just take all the money out of the bank upon the sale - it might be easier for people to understand that way.

Nations are a right pain to be honest, I was soo excited about my nation and the stuff I was building for it. Still love the buildings but the nation is just too expensive. 1,500 every day.. That's a lot of noobs lol. Unless your a regular doner to the server, its gunna be difficult to keep a town and a nation running.
I have learnt a lot about nations. Nations are actually a lot of fun when the PvP is turned on, because you can create wars with other nations and go to war with them. But you can't do that on this server because its not a PvP server.
I hate to say it but... nations are completely useless on this server lol, all they do is cost noobs.
I think its towns that you really need to be paying attention to here, towns are very important and what makes this server great, not to mention the amazing players(the reason why I love it soo much).

When did I ever say I hated my nation? I never said that, all I said was that it was a pain to keep it running due to the cost. Its like your kid, you love him/her to bits but its a pain in the... to keep him/her running.

I don't know what nation I live in nor would I like to pay all that money for it maby if It cost less. Ps there are only about 16 people in game that can aforde that and they all have nice houses and stuff in other nations

500k is cheaper then 850k which is how much a nation cost new, so your getting a really good deal with my price, but only town owners can own a nation, no one can live in nations.
