You can't sell a town, you can only give them away.

I may be interested tweeks,would it be a issue if i redid the entire town,and changed the name?

I wouldnt have any issue with any of that. once its yours, you can do what ever you want with it. I have a few others that might want it to. so i'll figure something out.
