Title: Planning new town "Corsair's Cliffs"

Hi. I'm fairly new to the server, but I wanted to put this idea on the forums.  :3

I'm saving up money so I can start a sky-pirate themed town in the cliffs north of Tortuga. I have already saved up 160000 noobz and gathered a chests worth of cobble and logs.

Well I say that's some project
I wish you the best of luck and remember one thing running a town takes alot of work.
I have been doing it for a year and my hair will be falling out if I do it for another one lol (jk)
You'll do fine just keep your nerve and stick it out and you'll do great

Good luck with your town, and don't forget to always start when you have a spare 500k for town items and plots that your town has to annex. We started with 2.1 million in the bank, and we haven't ever run low on funds (10k for less). But don't get carried away, always keep at least 50k in funds in the town bank and you'll be good. :)
Never give up because you don't get any residents, always do your best and you'll eventually get some residents.
