For real? You been making so much post lately about "how do you do this in towny"can you just get it that you are not ready to be Assistant of a town or own a town, you have no kind of knowledge over towny at all after what I seen these last days.
But to answer your question if you want to sell a 16x16 plot (Normal Size) you simply first go on the land you have claimed, then you do /Plot Forsale (Price), then when someone want to buy that plot of land and be able to build there they do /Plot Claim
Now pliz get my message and get some info about towny or ask people in game instead of having to spam the forums with towny help messages when we got a lot of players that can help you in game.
Please do not be disrespectful towards members, we encourage members to ask for help at Noobscraft, that's what our community is about - helping other Noobscraftians out!
