Utopia OFFICIAL Town Staff Application

This is for Town Staff Application for Utopia V6. I have already picked part of my staff team. My staff team is going to have to be quite large since I hope to accommodate so many people and have so many things to do/keep running. I need 25 TAs, 10 Architects, 5 plot-masters, 5 recruiters. Note: This is NOT including the town staff I have already picked, so the numbers will be lower at the end of this post, where I will post the amount I need INCLUDING the Town Staff I already have. If you wish to apply for a Staff post, follow the code at the very bottom.

So far I have this for a Town Staff:

Mayor: HarryX11 (Obviously)

Sub-Mayors: SmithB0118 (Co-Mayor, Does Redstone Projects for Town), deebles17 (Co-Mayor, Head Plot-Master), zebra903 (Sub-Mayor, Head Recruiter), 500manhunt and stickeyfingers (Co-Head TAs). All posts for Sub-Mayors filled. Not recruiting other Sub-Mayors unless I lose the majority of these people.

Current Town Assistants:v500manhunt and stickeyfingers (Head TAs), failcade (Head Architect), cat19096, winkalina, HerrAir, JaredSW12, flyinghotdog1, joeyishar, and somejob. 10/25 filled posts, 14 spots available.

Current Architects: failcade (Head Architect), el_roux, Wooden_Lampshade, aXxIgoRawrxXa, Mrsparks727, Nat3Nipp13Hair, and Tiberius1999. 7/10 filled posts, 3 spots available.

Current Plot-Masters: deebles17 (Head Plot-Master). 1/5 filled posts, 4 spots available.

Current Recruiters: zebra903 (Head Recruiter). 1/5 filled posts, 4 spots available.

These people were chosen because: A. I know them in real life, B. They are TAs in Snakevenom, C. They have won the Architecture competition in Snakevenom, or D. (In the case of failcade) One of the builders of Mineapoc, Noobscraft's sister server. All of these people are either very old players and know a lot of the Towny commands, and have experience with town staff positions, or are new and have quite a bit of potential.

When I accept a person as Town Staff, I will update this post and include their Username and how many spots left for that post. Make sure to check often if you haven't posted yet and want to so you can make sure the spot you wanted isn't taken!

*You can check your date registered by either clicking on "Profile" on the site, or going on to the server and doing /res [Your Username]. Note: "/res" may not always be correct, especially if you have been inactive for 3 months or more previously.

Experience with Towny: 0, None I have never been a staff member of a town before so I would say I have no experience with Towny.

Good with people: 9, I only get frustrated with people when they curse and spam or do not listen at all.

Building and redstone ability: 8 for building, I am able to build what I would say are nice looking houses but I have not tried enormous builds such as things like edixsabourin's mushroom.  My redstone ability would be a 5, I am not very advanced when it comes to redstone things but I can manage it.  The most complicated thing I have ever built is a working garage door with tripwires for horses.
 
If accepted as Town Staff, do you agree to donate your time, Noobz, and some materials to the town's cause: As much time as I am needed for and able for IRL comes first.  Noobz will be donated and supplies too.

Experience w/ Towny (Scale 1 to 10 (1=Very little, 10=A lot)): 1-2, learning a few bits, ideally I want to learn as much as possible in the next few weeks before v6!

Good with People (Scale 1 to 10 (1=Bad, 10=Great)): generally a 10, i can deal with people new, old, builders, fighters, the only thing i cant stand is immaturity.

(For Architects only) How good your building/redstone work? (Scale 1 to 10 (1=Bad, 10=Great))  Please provide a picture of a build or show me a build you have built on the server.

Building wise, 8-9 i prefer making older looking buildings, with a mix of the different types of stones, so old castles, battlement, that sort of thing. redstone, about a 6, i can make simple circuits, the best ting ive made from redstone would be a castle with lights, doorbell, lava bridge, and doors, all running to one switch. that took a long time.

Well other then work and my gf, gaming is my life, so any spare time i can give, i will! and ofc i will give noobz/resources (within reason)!

Experience with Towny: I know most plot and mayor commands.

Good with People: 4 out of 10. I get easily annoyed but not usually on the server.

harry if there are 25 posts to be fille and 10 are filled and 14 are left. that would be 24...what about the 25?

i remember just putting in random commands and i put in /plot help and saw a whole bunch of plot commands for TA's and mayors. and i read the descriptions. so yeah.

Good w/ People: 7. i'll only snap if someone swears at me repeatedly or is just trolling everyone.

I will donate noobz, materials and time to utopia if i can. but a warning in advance: i can sometimes not come on for any amount of time. from 1 week to a month at most. and thats mainly school. if you want i can explain in a PM or whatever really.

Good with People: I have never had any trouble with people on the server and have made many friends

How good your building/redstone work? 9 in building: I am especially good with replicating real buildings and making skys****ers. 10 in redstone: I can do anything from lockable piston doors to subways to elevators. My greatest accomplishment in v.5 was the Chrysler Building which was the tallest building in the server and was located in Townsville.

You, my friend, have some seriously low self esteem. Your buildings are pretty cool and you aren't that bad with people. Clearly you're higher than a 3 at building, but I can help you with redstone if you're convinced you can't do it.

I was just wondering for architectural purposes what the plots will look like and if it is possible to but 4 plots to make a 32x32 square plot. I am eventually going to build a massive skys****er on these 4 plots.

If accepted as Town Staff, do you agree to donate your time, Noobz, and some materials to the town's cause?

i will donate what i can, but i will of course keep some stuff and noobz for my own things. and when i am online i can give a lot of time for the town but real life comes first.

Oh and btw i could also do some redstone things for the town, nothing too much but just some simple things.
