hmmmm i last updated at one.six.four so i had the horse update it says im logged in as demo user than has my e-mail address i made a new mojang account with my secondary email address but it still doesnt work. on the profile editor it says that im not logged in and i dont know why. i wish they left the launcher the way it used to be

As Harry suggested, it may be best for you to speak with someone at Mojang or perhaps search for an online tutorial video on the new launcher.  It can be a bit confusing but without seeing exactly what you are seeing, it's very hard to help you through the steps that would be necessary to troubleshoot.  Just try and contact their Customer Service or Help desk and they should fix you up .
