Noobstown is getting too protective.

Recently noobstown has become just too protective, i've completed the seconds story of forthwind's spawn and i cannot increase the altitude of the lava fountains due to the lava restriction!

If somone fills their plot with lava that seeps into public area, just clean it up and ban! Lava can't cause fire anyway so you're safe, comming onto the same topic, Flint and steel should be unblocked too, if you turn firespread off, all it does is hurt.

TNT would be very much appreciated enabling in mining world, there should be some kind of plugin out on bukkit's page that supports multiworld.

If TAs can't be bothered to clean up a spillage, then the're proven useless. The restrictions do more harm to the server than help.

We do not ban people for using lava for normal purposes, we ban people who use lava in a destructive manner. FOr example. Lately many people have been killed by lava and losing some very valuable items in the process. Not only that but it has been used to grief structures. That is the same with fire too, you can light people on fire, then if that person dies, the killer can walk off with their items. For now lava and fire are staying off, Fatnoob is looking into ways we can compromise, meaning he is looking into fire being unblocked.

Not that it is my business to say what changes should be made, but i believe this is how "dangerous" items such as lava and fire should be handled.
1. Players will not be able to place them (minus the ability to place lava but with restrictions) but mods can.
2. To prevent a flooding of requests to place the item, a forum post must be made asking to have an item placed in the appropriate area. It will not be able to be moved and it will be protected.
3. the player will have to pay out the amount of the material used in the process, rather than get freebies from this process.
Again, just a possible and failsafe way to solve this issue.

Chambers these are possible answers, but there is one flaw. For right now mods are not allowed to place lava either. :/

This is probably a plugin bug and is most likely not intended, also if killers can place fire/lava on you you can place water in the same place to neutralise that, although i think the post idea's a good one.

Also pressing F2 takes a pic of the killer and you can record 30 sec long vidios by pressing a key with frap's free version.
