@Bob6471- well it gives me time to enjoy the house for a bit then lol..  but it does practically have everything in it.. the basement is what i like best about it, although i like the whole bit. i wanna start my own town and or nation hence the $600,000noobz value. but im willing to go lower w/ negotiations.
