Hello! what is the Teamspeak 3 ip? i cannot find it anywhere on the website

If that doesn't work either you could also try:
85.236.100.188:10667

I have to use that way for many TS-servers due to struggling DNS in this region.

You don't need the port to connect, just using "voice.noobstown.com" works now.
