The Start Of Version Six?
« on: 19 Dec 2013, 00:20:34 »
Hello Everyone!
I was just curious...
As far as we know, the map for V6 is ready to be released and everything, however, have any alterations been made since the release of 1.7? I'm thinking things like The new trees, and new blocks?
Anyone have an idea?

Release Update: The issue is not Bukkit anymore, that is perfectly fine and working as intended. We are working towards updating the custom made plugins for v6 and ensuring they are functioning now on 1.7.4, on track for the release and will be updating you all as we see fit. Thanks for the support as always.

Spawn: Spawn has been touched up with all the new flowers, blocks and foliage which came with the 1.7.4 update. Hope that answers your question.

Town/Wilderness: Wilderness world and the Town world will use our dynamic updating land system which will actively replace old blocks such as old logs, leaves, flowers and grass and update them to new types to ensure our world offers only the newest and most exclusive items/blocks Minecraft has to offer in their update. All of this will be done without resetting the world. This will be continuously developed as we progress through v6 and you can expect things to be changing and altering after the release. For the initial release we have planned small changes to incorporate 1.7.4 blocks/items but the main concern is to get the version out so people can start building, then we will focus on keeping the world fresh up-to-date with the new blocks and what not.

Thanks for the news Foob, the dynamic self-updating land seems a cool feature.
