Minecraft is an open world adventure/building game that you can play by yourself or in multiplayer. Players gather resources to survive the monsters that come out at night, and to build homes and creations. Whatever you put your mind to, you can design and create in this game. It is being used in social building projects as well as in many schools around the world. Children as young as 3 are able to play Minecraft. Many families are very happy to have a creative and fun game to play together.

I totally agree with you, but there's server owners who put an age restriction (Or atleast a rating such as 14+) on there servers that allow you to swear, or act mean. I'm referring to servers such as role-play servers that allow you to play in-character .

But some kids lie about their age so they can get onto servers.

Then it's there parents responsibility to keep an eye on their child and to be aware of what games they're playing and what environment they've put themselves in to.

So do we blame the user or the service? I'd lean towards user.
