how about you get the Aerther mod in the server! also, maybe the tornaido mod in a brand new world, Stormy World! :D if you want, the Herobrine mod will make a scear! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!

*facepalm* okay, the Aether MOD and Tornado MOD are both mods, not plugins.  The server runs off of bukkit, which uses plugins not mods, there for most single player mods can not be implemented.

Also not everyone  would be able to get the aether mod, so the server will lose a lot of people D:

That doesnt matter, the Aether hasnt even been turned into a Multi player mod.

anything regarding mods or changing the spawn town are otherwise un-read

if you want tho' you can suggest a reasonable plug-in for the server
