That is why I suggest we should do:

What if there are people with great talent, but did not have an occasion to reveal them? What if people want to show what they do, and what are their capabilities?

I say, that each month or so there should be a competition, building or so (I'll talk building one for now), featuring a reward system.  The competition should also have a set requirements, such as size of build, acrchitecture style, materials etc.

For example, let's say you put it in a table...

Competition: Building

Type of architecture: Modern

Size: 25x25 blocks

Materials: Mostly related to modern buildings, such as iron and glass, with touches of stone and glowstone etc.

Time: One week

Limitations: Players have to work on their own.

Permissions: Players are able to use creative and flying in destined competition area. I'm sure that could be solved.

Let's perhaps talk about rewards:

1st Place:
-20,000 Noobz.
-5 diamond blocks.
-Custom title on Server/Forums (Diamond Tag).
-VIP for month/perhaps longer.
-Usage of your build in future videos/Upcoming updates/New GM-made locations.

2nd Place:
-14,000 Noobz.
-3 Diamond Blocks
-Custom Title on Server/Forums. (Silver Tag).
-VIP for 2 weeks.
-Usage of your build by GM-team in the future (depending on quality.)

3rd Place:
-7,000 Noobz.
-A Diamond Block.
-Custom Title on Server/Forums (Bronze Tag).
-VIP for a week.
-Perhaps use of your build by GM-Team.

Other places:
-2,000 Noobz.
-5 Iron Blocks.


It's still partially WIP, I accept ideas regarding that.
