Look, i love noobscraft but at times i feel like theres something missing... Events on noobscraft are the greatest thing that has happened to mc but the only good ones are at halloween, christmas and maybe easter. This may be a bit annoying and time wasting to the admins but i would really like weekend events and not boring events like hide and seek or find the sign. I would like events like maybe pvp tournaments,spleef,hunger games. I know people can organize these themselves but normaly only a handful of people turn up at a non admin/mod event. I hope the admins look at this post and consider my idea... its not a demand, but a meer suggestion to make the server a better place.. pidgy out

Alao if you do do them can it be at a time that isn't 12:00 at night?

Still perhaps some towns/regular players could host events once in a while. Like the other day I noticed there was a spontaneous player hosted monopoly event which seemed to be pretty successful. Some other events might require mod or admin assistance of course, but others can be hosted by players themselves. Also if it would be possible for players to submit their events to admins, then they could possibly be posted in the announcements section on the forums. In that way more people may attend them. I'm personally willing to host a few events in my town if there's enough interest.

Event ideas that can be done without any assistance:
-Find the sign
-pvp (depending on the setup)
-spleef (would require tremendous amount of manual labour)
-monopoly?
-boat racing
-horse racing
-parties!

Event ideas that can be done with mod assistance:
-Fishing (inventory checking required)
-advanced pvp (inventory checking required)

Event ideas that can be done with admin assistance:
-Parkour (would require one time disabling of teleport related commands in a region)
-All the other stuff like cube, sand pit, etc.

 monopoly... right... i need to make some more chance and community chest cards then i'd be good hosting it.
other then that, am good and everything is ready to go
