Hi, I would like it so that we can upload images of proof, instead of going to a service like tinypic to upload. Uploading the proof from our computer, instead of going on  tinypic  (or whatever service you use)which could take longer.
  If we could upload the images in the report, I'm sure this will be faster, easier. And I think more people will report the bad players in the game, as they won't need to go into the hassle of uploading it to the image service etc.

Probably someone who breaks rules,  or maybe someone just doesn't like the idea.

I actually agree with this as well. It would make reporting a lot easier and more convenient.
