Phew, that's a long title. Ok, I have seen many times where a player has been banned, and the message after it just says "You have been banned!". Not telling what the player was banned for, asking the only OP on, I got no answer. When you type /player (name) It should show if they were banned, how long, and what for. I don't know if this is possible, but if it is, I would like to see this added! Thanks!

The main reason this will not be implemented is privacy. What a person is banned for is something that other players don't really need to know. If they want to tell you what they were banned for you can just PM them on the forum and if they want to they can reply and tell you.

I think what you're referring to is auto-ban. This can happen when a person has a more than one global ban on MCbans, or their global ban is bad enough that they are automatically banned whenever they join a server.

The only time it says that is for guests, and auto-ban. We always list the reason. This has been discussed before and will not be again. You don't need to know, if you want to know ASK the person.
