We should use /auc start

some of you out there may know /auc start this is a IN GAME were you done need any websites so what you do is-

1.chose the idem and how much (max your WHOLE inventory)
2.chose how much the bid starts out (there is no max)
 3. you chose the incromids (every-time someone bid goes up buy what the number you choose like EX.. 5)
 4. you choose how LONG you wont it to last (cant be more then 2 min)
 5. (OPTIONAL)  you make a buy out nummber EX 250

so here a example i start a auc buy (im selling 64 iron) /auc start 64 20 5 100
then someone wonts it they do /bid and it says
tazdevil335 bid on iron 20

then if someone elce wonted to also bid they do /bid then the chat says
tazdevil335 bid on iron 25

and it goes on until the time runs out this is meant for anything and it makes it 10 times easier to sell stuff insted or waiting 24 hours you can do it in game and you would make more money because some times people don't always check on the web site because i know i really dont and if you dont know what the idem is do /auc info

thx for your time i hope you think that this would be a VERY GOOD IDEA to bring into noobstown so PLZ leave awsome comments bug the admains XD jk and tell them you wont this to be in are SEVER

if you wont en EX msg i will tell u a server that has it thx 8|

The most probable reason they rely on a web-based auction system is to avoid adding weight to the game server.

Since to make auctions and bids you need to query an online database, all those concurrent queries could slow down the game for everyone else and that's really sub optimal.

This way the Minecraft server application doesn't need to handle all the queries in real time but just a scheduled account sync every X minutes.

One quick note: please try to check your spelling.

I'm quite fond of the system that is in place now, Easy to navigate, Easy to find what you are looking for and it doesnt take any complex commands to do it.
Last thing noobstown needs is 200 auctions spamming the chat everytime a bid is placed.

I didn't say it slows down your computer but the server.

If the server has to constantly listen for query commands from each player it surely can take quite a bit of resources to keep the database in sync.
