I recently played a creepy game that i cant get out of my head. I am now afraid of the dark and i am paranoid so is there any way that i might be able to get this out of my head? Thx!

P.S. playing minecraft wont help and u can guess why. dont say the name please.

Watch or play something even more scarier. That might help.

Did you beat the game? sometimes that kind of stuff happens to me but after i beat the game everything goes back to normal
