I did not choose this skin and it dosent show up in my texture pack folder plz help me post you suggestions thanks

It is strange that you do not recognize or remember putting this skin on, your account might be compromised, try changing the password and then change the skin on the website.

Also, after you've done what Diggy said, I would upgrade your account to a Mojang account. It's completely free.

Well, a mojang account is a lot safer, and almost impossible to hack. They are also very secure and if someone wanted to find your Minecraft account to hack it they'd basically have to stalk you to figure it out.
