How many hours per day:   Anywhere from 2 to 8 hours a night and more on the weekends.
Why you want this role:   As a late night player, I've noticed a lack of staff presence later at night for my timezone and i would like to help fix that.
Past experience:   I have spent most of my time playing minecraft as some form of staff whether is was a simple helper or a co-owner. I have co-owned a server with another person, the server was fairly successful for several months till the host had some sort of glitch and the server data corrupted, I was an admin on a highly popular towny survival server very similar to this server for several months but sadly that server closed down after the owner gave up. I was also an admin of a free to play server which originally got me engaged in helping the server community.

Additional information:   I'm currently in college for an accounting and business management degree so i know the skills it requires to properly manage situations, motivate staff and the 4 basics (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling) of management that would help me  in all sorts of situations i might encounter. I love the feeling of helping others who are either in distress or are a bit lost and need some help with everything from plugins to having issues to report. I know a lot of plugins inside and out, the configuration files and the perms that they run on.
