Support / Online shop not giving me anything

I was on the server today and I tried to buy some bricks. When I checked my inventory, they weren't there. I am signed in, in-game, as well as signed into the server. My inventory had space in it as well, but nothing. I thought maybe it was just the brick block malfunctioning, but I tried it with logs as well, and still nothing. I would appreciate some help with this, just for the problem to be fixed. I'm not worried about compensation or anything like that, just wanna be able to use the store again. Thanks! :)

Hello, although I am fairly new to the server, I have created a school in the town of Nova. I am currently looking to recruit Professors in a range of classes, including Redstone, PVP tactics, Shop-running classes and more. Also I will later be looking to add new students to the college, that may want to sharpen their skills in a certain area of MC. If you are interested, contact me in-game or leave a comment below. For a full list of classes offered, type /t spawn Nova or just tp to me to save the money it costs to warp to a town. I see this as a very interesting opportunity for both the Teachers as well as the students, and i'm interested just to see the turn-out.

P.S., I hope it's ok to post things like this on the forums, as I said i'm new so let me know if it's not!
