Support / Spawner Issues need Mod/Admin help

Going to try and post this here instead.

Both of my skele spawners have quit working.
Nothing was changed for a year almost.

The mobs are spawned....go up the water elevator and then simply despawn at the top and never fall down to be farmed.

Any ideas as to what has changed on the server or how I can get them going again?

Support / Items and Death glitch

I will try to make this short as I can...

I was mining and died in lava.
All items are returned to you because you died in fire.
It always worked in the past.
This time something glitched and I lost everything including the best enchanted diamond pick I ever had..

I did helpop like I should and I got Myrf and he was very nice actually but told me he couldnt do anything to fix my issue.

Now, I take some responsibility for dying..thats clearly my fault, but a glitch did occur that wasn't my fault.  I asked just to have the enchanted diamond pick put back that I had, and I would eat the loss on everything else I had on me, but, he said he couldn't spawn anything for anyone including himself.

If I wasn't a VIP member I wouldn't even have been posting this, but I am. 

Can an admin or somebody help me out on this one?

Hi all!

Why exactly with all the addons present on the server can there not be a way to claim your house and area around it and have protection put in place?

Is it  a matter of bad plugins or too much used resources to run one?

I watch admins run ragged everyday Un-griefing stuff, wouldn't it just be 1000 times easier to use area protection?
