Sure, you may be Recruiter AND PlotMaster at once.  But i heard there is a bug with the PlotMaster rank still, and i am not sure if it is fixed so at the moment you may be both! :D

You can also turn your particles to minimum so that the rain sounds don't play... that might help a little....
