Their is a man who goes to work every day, leaves his flat at 9am and arrives back at 5pm but when he gets back home from work and its been a rainy day he goes straight to his room on the 13th floor via the lift also if their is people in the lift with him he will also go to the 13th floor however if neither of these happen then he has to go to the 7th floor and walk the rest

Why?

Now thats a proper puzzle not a stupid code

"Proper puzzle"
The dude is a dwarf, when it rains he has an umbrella and he pushes the elevator buttons with it.
Otherwise he just hits the button he can reach.
Step it up.

Maan...I was halway through solving the puzzle when I scrolled through the replies...can you post another one? Or perhaps we can turn this into a game? I'll make one when I get bacj home since I'm at the cinemas now.
If you want to make and post a puzzle, please do!
Same with anyone else wanting to make/post a puzzle.

The first and second puzzles are two different puzzles with two different keys.
The hint I gave was for the second one.

I tied to solve the second one but there is no logical answer with a ceasar cipher.
There's really only one thing you need to find out and that's "how much it's shifted". Which is easily derived from how much you're jumping and word length.

Since you guys are all wondering where Myrf got "hats" from, here is the solution.

Here is the decoder:
ABCDEFGhijklmnopqrstuvwxyz
TOSHIBAcdefgjklmnpqruvwxyz

And here is the message:

Hey!
Are you reading this or just guessing?
Tell me the secret word which is hidden in this message and you win!
Simple as that.

The secret word is found by looking downwards at the message.

And I have no idea how much the voucher will give, it could be anywhere between 100 to 1000 noobs.
It really depends on how much money I have.

how am I supposed to get that -.-
We are too dumb for your impossible puzzles, please give us something we can actually do because I do not understand how he got hats from that at ALL even from the decoder I do not understand a single thing from that im serious... help me
C'mon you guys, if Myrf can get it, so can you.

Decode the message and follow its instructions!

Bingo! We have a winner! Now for round two!
Give me a minute to double check and get it posted. Last one had a couple mistakes in it.

The decoder is actually in plain sight on this one. And you might not even need it.

Yes, there is actually a key for each puzzle. I don't just write down random stuff and try and make you guys 'decode' it.

Hey guys!
I haven't been around recently and I thought I'd get back in on the whole Noobstown thing.
So here's an idea for something to do when you're waiting for V6.
I'm going to be making a series of puzzles/secret messages for you guys that will get progressively harder and harder.
Those who correctly solve these puzzles will be awarded a voucher for an amount of noobs later on, when V6 comes out. The harder the puzzle, the more noobs you will receive.
So! Let's get right to it!

Dear TOSHIBA,
Ciy!
Tpi ylu pithdka rcdq lp euqr auiqqdka?
Rigg ji rci qispir wlph wcdsc dq cdhhik dk rcdq jiqqtai tkh ylu wdk!
Qdjmgi tq rctr.

The second part of this puzzle was a little obscure so here's a hint: 4 letters.

ps. mods please don't lock the topic like last time, it isn't spam, ty

I ban Noobstown for that annoying little pop-up that scoots my screen.

And Samoht42Swift for not banning the person above him.
