Well, most people live in towns, they're the safest place to be.

This would most likely cause lag with all the TNT going off, and would cause useless whining.

Hm, the main problems/questions of most new members seem to be always the same.
How do I get out of spawn? - Noobstown is big and can be a little confusing at first. A few simple signs at spawn saying "Exit to the wilderness" or something like that would fix that.
Why can`t I build here? - The protected area around Noobstown is kinda large and there are a few ruins inside it (the radius od the protection might have been extended one). Someone new might now assume that he/she should already being able to build around these ruins. Simple fix: A road leading from the gate straight to the wilderness with a simple sign "Follow the road to the wilderness where you can start playing" and a simple gate at th end "Welcome to the wilderness". Enhanced fix: A few signs along that road that explain the concept of towns and the commands "/town list" and "/town list townname" and things like the miningworld; like an extended guide on some of the serverfeatures.

Phew, that's a long title. Ok, I have seen many times where a player has been banned, and the message after it just says "You have been banned!". Not telling what the player was banned for, asking the only OP on, I got no answer. When you type /player (name) It should show if they were banned, how long, and what for. I don't know if this is possible, but if it is, I would like to see this added! Thanks!

Well, I don't have any spawners, but I do have some Spawn Eggs to edit your spawners, and my prices are cheap compared to most.

Tour Guides
If possible, we could appoint more seasoned members of the server to show new players around the main spawn and possibly introduce a town or two to anyone who joins as a Member. They would also have to show the players the basic commands needed to use the server to the fullest extent. This way, players who are brand new can automatically jump right in after their tour and get started on their own.
In my opinion Guests get enough of a helping hand with the fairly new design for the spawn for them (I've been through it), and I think it's a good starter and highlights the more important factors of the server involving commands and other things. If they need any further assistance they can easily ask in Global chat, most of the time someone responds to them and helps them. Also regarding people being allocated to be "Tour Guides" for new people on the server just seems like too much hard work for some people and will get boring after a while, depending on the person. Also when someone becomes a Member they can look around towns for themselves, not needing people to show them as it may just start people being bias towards their own town, or a friends town.
Honestly, I wouldn't find it boring, but some others might. This could be fixed by having around 15 people as guides. Guests could ask in global chat for help, and a guide could be able to get to the guest spawn, and help the player. This would definitely get more people to register, because they know there is always someone there to help, and they don't have to be staff.
