Just some ideas:
Steve fighting a skeleton, and when it shoots at him, he splits the arrow right down the middle with his diamond sword.
Steve doing parkour with his friend Black Steve (Not racist, was a mob back in InDev). Steve is hanging onto a single block, and Black Steve grabs his hand to pull him up. (My favorite one, and I'd love to see this made, Black Steve can be found on the MineCraft Wiki.)
Steve actually crafting a diamond sword, not just placement, like, a forge, and a hammer, which he is shaping the sword with.
Steve getting blown away by a creeper in a cave.
Steve mining obsidian, but with some cool effects (Like pieces of the block breaking off, similar to the breaking animation in MC.)
Just some ideas, and people could use these if they want a wallpaper but haven't come up with an idea yet.

Stance/Action: My avatar standing on a single piece of cobblestone in the middle of a lava pool. Looking up at diamond ore. If I could also have an iron/diamond pickaxe in my hand that would be very neat also. Scene(Provide a link to the map/level.dat.): A lava pool, avatar is standing on a single piece of cobblestone. Diamond ore is above him, which he is looking at. Emotion: Happy? Lol. I have a Suit on, not really showing a "face", So I don't think it really matters. All of Seaside is looking forward seeing you in court in multiple cases where you sue the Extreme Hills for being too extreme, lava for being too hot, Skeletons for being to skinny, and Raiden 600 for melonizing you without you approving it.

You keep your items and your experience when you die of : Falling, Void Falls, and PvP.
You do NOT keep your items and your experience if you die by : Drowning, Mobs, and Suffocation.

I attempted to do this, with my "Wood for the Noobs!" Event. but hat only happened twice, and failed after because nobody cared anymore. I'd be more than glad to help you James. I could manage the group's money, as I like to do that with my own. I can easily obtain materials and tools needed for "repairs", or purchase them if needed. I hope I can help, as I will be extremely committed to this, because it was something I tried once before, but it lost interest. You will not lose interest from me in this, friend.
-Edit : Just checked, have loads of saplings left from my previous events. I suggest we construct a facility, protected by nothing, proving new member's trust if they do not grief it. We can easily hold materials there, and give the leaders of the group access to them, so they can personally distribute them to the members and/or workers. I don't think there will be a shortage for volunteers for this project, but as I said, I will gladly handle the group's finances if workers need to be paid and/or materials need to be purchased.

Some issues I have with this...
1. Judges don't appoint themselves..
2. You are in no such position to appoint yourself as head of anything to do with "justice" in Noobstown.
3. This "Court" will just cause useless whining.
4. You can't force other players to obey you, either.

With my experience as a Cop on a Tekkit server that I used to play, I really enjoyed one plugin. Hawkeye. You may have heard of this, or even used it before, even though I haven't had a whole lot of experience with LB, I think Hawkeye should replace it. Hawkeye can tell who set fire to things (kinda pointless on this server), who stole from chests + the data values and amounts, of the items stolen. I don't know if you agree, but I had to throw this out there, as it may be able to benefit the server.

Just no that is what /msg is for or /ch l I am Norwegian myself and I think this idea is not necessary, you can always make a /party (name) then ask people to do /party join (Partyname) not that hard
Exactly what Miner said, just make a party, then do /pc to toggle Party Chat on and off.
