don't like the idea at all no offence but people like micflos will get like 1 mill in like 2 hours of platying time when i takes me like 1-2 years if i wanted all that money
The economy has changed. You will be able to make the same amount of noobs as anyone else if you work just as hard and work the auction just as well. As far as Mrfloris being able to make that much money in v5 in such a short amount of time it was due to hard work grinding, and there were other players that made the same amount in the same short time by working hard. He earned it.

Not all the ex-mods were mature, but no doubt this current crew is by far the most mature and best of any server I've played on. Like you said Apple, age doesn't have much to do with it as long as they are mature. Based on that, I, for one, would be a terrible mod.

...also it sort of evens itself out. From my understanding 'most active' is not the same as 'most time on system' so the only way to go higher on the most active list is leveling mcmmo scores. ah-ah-ah don't interrupt, let me finish. People like me who have no outside life and are on *way* too much have huge mcmmo scores already and it is much, much harder for us to level the skills now. So you spend less time here but level up your mcmmo (if you work at it) just as much as I do when I am here all day.

It needn't be either/or in v6. You can be a resident of Bushido, have stuff going on in the wilds and do as you please (as always). You are penciled in, and always welcome.

Hey jaeger, I didnt get a chance ot tell you, but i left bushido and made a new town! It's nothing personal, i loved bushido, but i want a town in v6, so i figured i could start one and get the money for one in v6, hope your not mad.

Nope, that is the point! Have fun, make your own town The more, different, towns there are to add variety the better. That way everyone is happy. You know I get to visit whenever I want right? It was in the contract.

Okay, I have talked to a few people already about this but I just wanted to put it out for anyone who is interested. Bushido is coming back in v6, new town but I hope the same great people. If you are interested in joining when v6 rolls, please let me know. It has been fun so far and it will just get better. Linda and Fazer get co-mayor out of tradition, automatically. Bushido's TA's and architects also will retain their positions if I am lucky enough for them to stick with me. Every one of you Bushi have been great and it is wonderful to have you all in town, and I am looking forward to a new town and familiar faces.

I kinda agree with Tom. I mean what's the point in playing until the new update if we're just going to lose everything we've worked hard on in the mean time? I don't feel like playing for awhile because there's really no point. It is selfish and it is kinda silly but it's one of those things....it's amazing how attached we can get to a virtual world. I've worked really really hard to get to where I'm at now and even that isn't very much, 100K in the bank. That's not a lot compared to what some people have but for me, and what I've done to get to that point is a lot. The time triumphs the money. This is the biggest issue I have with the new updates. Everything else seems to be perfect and seems to be a step in the right direction. I also saw someone say that we lose all the stuff in our enderchests as well? That's a crock too. Do you know all the rare things I have in my enderchest that I will lose then too.....this is just really upsetting and it's pathetic that it is, but it's true.
Hey, I understand your point of view with the fact continuing to play may seem pointless. We are currently working on a system of rewarding users that continue to play throughout the month or so before the change, such as points that can be spent in v6 and other rewards. We'll try work something out that's best for everyone, we don't want to lose any of you guys, you are what make the server not the wealth of your account or digits next to your skills - The people and friends the server has brought together.
Well said, Foob. This is not the end, just an end. I have been through resets before, and I am sure it will happen again at some point. The staff here wants everyone (*everyone*) to have a good time and get the most out of the server, and if a reset is what it takes that is what will be done. This gives everyone else a chance to catch me, and me a chance to catch Twistedlover.

First place: Gallifrey and Pandora Second place: Gardell No third place, the contest went on too long and there are no other surviving towns. Gardell will get 30k, and Gallifrey and Pandora will get 60k ea. Lots of fun, sorry it took so long. Twistedlover, can you please send 60k to Brianta101 and 30k to trock2772? I don't see them ever. I will pay Mprint. Brianta, 10k of that is from Mr. Floris so be sure to thank him too.

I think it is a great idea, but I would like Bushido out of the running. I like the idea of the contest 'helping smaller towns make ends meet'. I think i will go through the towns that are still active on my contest and just pick a winner so my friends stop making snide remarks. No names, Mprint. lol

She already had her surgery and she is home now. She had elastic rods put in her bone, and they will need to be replaced with something more substantial in about 3 months (another surgery). But she is home and she is happy (kinda). She tripped over a chair and came down on her knee and the impact broke her femur. She has brittle bones. Ty all so much for your thoughts.
