Did you take a picture of proof of this happening? If you did upload it to Tinypic, or a image host, which will give you a URL to the image. Then hover over community (Top of page on the right) then click Report User then report that user there.
Or go to http://www.noobscraft.com/report/ and report them on that, if you cannot find the report user panel.
I dont know how to take a screenshot because Im on a macbook and the F's dont work the same as on windows. Also he was a guest, so he wasn't signed up.
Just so you know, If you want to take a screenshot on a mac then you can do 'Command+Shift+3' or 'Command+Shift+4' the one with the 3 takes a screenshot of the whole screen you are looking at and the one with the 4 will allow you to take a screenshot of a selected area. Both methods will save your image on the screen.

I dont know where to put this so here it is. Some guy was being very mean yesterday July 14th and he was appearently "Kicking everyone from the server" but the server actually was crashing so that was questionable but yeah. He also called people names like gays and fa***ts. He targeted my friend I00_hobos and told me and him to leave or he would crash the server. His IGN was (Excuse my language but it was actually) ****_Tart. He had many alts so... yeah. He is a problem. Sorry if there was like a report section or something, but I couldn't find one. Thanks!
