In my future v6 town I was thinking of having offices or plots inside my town spawn, then I remembered if a person buys a plot they can break blocks at any height or depth they want, and since I have many floors in my spawn, the offices could only be on 1 floor and the person who owned the plot could destroy all the floors and roof of my spawn that was in their plot space. your probably wondering what i'm getting at. I think the mayor of the town should be able to make a depth and height limit on a plot, this would also help with towns that are in the sky, for example redskin nation has a rule to not dig below the two blocks under your plot but people still do and if u go under the towns in the sky u most likely will see plenty of water running down from people wanting to get to the ground.

I was fighting mobs in 8bit's mushroom place minding my own business..and somehow I died with my diamond armor?? I went back to get it and since zombies pick things up he had all my armor and my enchanted sword with fire aspect 2, knockback 2, and sharpness 3. I realized I was in trouble when he came up behind me and caught me on fire. luckily I was able to get my other stuff which included 2 other swords and eventually killing the zombie. NOT FUN...ok maybe a little. well ur reading this look at silvers comment in the chat.
