Bukkit 1.8 temporary is online, this is to test out the latest version of Bukkit.

Is there a set time that the new Ops will be picked?

Once we have most of Version 5 build and we are couple of days away from release.

We are making good progress with the server and will start working on version 5 very soon. Since 1.8 was release the server has been crashing, the crashes/ lag areas in the world are due to Notch/Jeb not fixing the experience orbs. As you are playing the game you are always collecting experience orbs and the more and more you gather will truly effect the server on death, its like dropping 3000 logs at the same time in one area. There is also another bug that crashes the server when you have a full inventory and shift click an item into it the game and server will crash.


Tweet Notch or Jeb about the issues the more people that do it the quicker they will hot fix it.

Post something you have built, experience with World edit (We look for natural when we World edit, so it keeps the look of Minecraft terrain) This means no huge squares that are floating over water.

In another news I carried out a lag test on the server we managed to reach above 50 players online zero lag apart from the common 1.8 problems.
 

The server has been bare lately and it has a strong effect on the forum, now with the new dedicated we can hold 80+ online at once when of course 1.8 is fixed. Ill be doing much more advertising now the server can hold the pressure.

Load up Minecraft - Options - Force update - Login and Play.

Due to the new dedicated we are yet to set up a panel so I had go over some commands to get the server booted back up, sorry for the long wait.
