If you have to make a new world, do so.
If you have to make a rollback, do so.

But: people have achieved stuff here, people would lose a lot. Remember that and replace their stuff... please.

In addition, we're all happy about new funny, cool, useful plugins... But due to the lags caused by 1.6.6, we should maybe stay with stuff like towny, shop and some other basic stuff until the problems are fixed.

Does the fraction plugin work like towny? :S

Basically when you walk into a fraction zone it will pop up saying for example "Noobstown" you cant build here without permissions from the fraction owner, the only thing that won't be in is plots and nations.

If I was going to open the new server today it would help me tones if you guys started posting suggestions for the new server in the suggestions thread post plugin' everything you want the new server to be.

Town causes most problems on the server and by moving to a new pvp server would be very basic.

I have, some plugin's have caused server issues before but never deleted the world someone has got onto the server and deleted the world folder.

I believe someone has hacked our server and deleted the world. This has followed by many crashes and restarts and I am getting extremely annoyed at minecraft. I don't know what the future of Noobstown will be at the moment. Sorry all

I am just about to go right now, but, It's a common issue with Towny that it will sometimes crash a town. I will help you out tomorrow.

As you may know we are adding live support to the site, this will be used the same as In game apart from its easier for Operators and Admin's to handle. Simply call one of the mods for grief, donation, town, bugs and other issues and an online operator will answer your call immediately. After answering your call, the operator will then be able to directly help you in Noobstown once the issue has been notified.

hey guys so on the 17th im out of school and im leaving for vacation on the 22nd... so i might not be able to play on the server while im on vacation, if i am able to it probably wont be for long since im practically going to have 4 jobs in one im going to be a lumberjack ( i know its funny cause im canadian) a welder a house builder and that guy that works at a coffee shop

I am going to give you some helpful tips to reduce Minecraft LAG!

Tip 1: Most common way to reduce lag. (Easy)


Copy these settings and you'll be on the right way to a lag free Minecraft life style. (THE PERFORMANCE SETTING SHOULD HAVE BEEN POWER SAVER)

Tip 2: Open up task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete to get started)

Giving direct running power to Minecraft can significantly reduce lag, you can do this by opening task manager.

Once task manager is opened click the processes tab. Click the memory tab to check what Is hogging memory on your computer, if these programs are useless and insignificant right click and end process. Minecraft on task manager should be called "java.exe" this is because Minecraft runs from Java. Right click on Java and go down the menu to "Set Priority" change the Priority to High (Do not use real time can cause computer issues).

Now your Minecraft should run smoother.

Tip 3. Mods

There are numerous of mods that can help improve computer performance, such as change the render distance of chunks so that you are not loading silly chunks that you aren't using. You can find these on Minecraftforum.net Under "Released Mods"

That a list of issues and is growing fast, I hope you understand we have hit stability meaning we have a playable version. This however does not mean it is 100% bugg free!

Trying my best to re-open, updating all plug-ins one by one for 100% fix.

Hopefully this ain't the final change. TBH you should keep the option of buying "some" stuff (but for a really high price, like 5 times higher). And you also need to be able to sell all your stuff, at a very low price of course.

The final change will come in 1.6_6 the shop (buy) was bugged allowing players to cheat.
