We are now open for business but have no actual buildings yet for the company. Within 2 weeks hopefully we shall have the company HQ under construction in Utopia and in 3 weeks have it open and ready so all you fine noobs can shop at an actual chest shop :)

VIP's already get a bunch of perks, stop asking for more, you donated to support the server, not to get a million perks that make everything easier for you.

Does it matter if we want a million 'for show' perks? I'd rather have more of those

But they aren't just 'for show' perks, they put other players at a serious disadvantage. The players who got perks with Veteran armor worked their asses off in V5 or are old players who bought VIP before it was changed into Veteran. If VIPs could buy in 5 minutes what other players had worked to get for weeks (if they were the new Vets), it just wouldn't be fair. Like Twisted stated earlier, you guys already are deadly in PVP and have a big advantage over other players in survival, such as more mcMMO perks, /j, /echest, and the magic compass. So adding yet another perk to your already OP list of commands would be ruining the aspect of the survival server this is supposed to be for you guys AND at the same time making it much harder for other ranks to make any sort of a living on the server.

Its a protective measure the server has against unauthorized flying, if you lag and try to jump/run the server registers that you are flying and you don't have the proper permissions for flying, you are kicked, as it thinks you are using a fly mod. Its happened to me like 50 times already because the place I live in the wild lags me sometimes.

I don't see how this could be implemented as stocks depend on how well a company does, say if Apple suddenly started selling more Iphones then their stock prices would rise as they are making more money. Where as if they stopped selling then their stocks would drop. So unless we actually get some companies which can be automated like a real company then i can't really see this working.

Nice idea though Would be cool if there is a way for this to work.
A plugin could be installed/developed that works like Towny for players to make competing companies :)

Exactly! And this is coming from a player who is a VIP! VIPs are still respected and the server does need them, but you guys shouldn't be buying the rank just because it makes nearly everything easier for you, but to make sure this server keeps running.

Yeah but what's the differrence between wearing Vet armor VS VIP armor? Last night he was suggesting they throw in a free diamond every time they did /kit VIP. If that's not overkill then I don't know what is. Having regeneration on your armor makes you practically invincible, which is extremely unfair to every other rank.

Tell me about it. Most VIPs are always complaining about how they should get more. You guys should be happy that you guys can even have VIP and have all the perks you have.

I think that if stock markets are added that players should be able to make their own company and allow other players who are helping you into the company and make them sort of like towns, with the company owner (the CEO) giving out ranks to other players in their company. There could be different sectors (I.E. food, weapons, building materials). So like someone creates "Steve's Snack Shack", then another player makes a competing company in the same sector (the food market) named Fido's Fresh Foodmart. You could then invest in one of the companies, then depending on which one sells more, that stock would go up or down and you would gain/lose money

I honestly don't see the point of this. You guys already have Veteran armor with perks and a ton of other things that give you an advantage over other ranks, the last thing you guys need is more perks making it harder for everyone else to keep up with you.

There are a few problems to this.

First of all, how would you know who is interested in what goods and who is not?
Second, if you want to talk to people privately over goods, there is always /pm, /msg, /tell, etc.

Try with 4, 5, 6 trees close together.

I was able to cut down up to 12 Birch trees with an iron axe before, now it says "the tree is too large".
If you need wood to build, now it takes a lot more time to gather it and using bonemeal is simply a waste.

This same thing happened in V5 but it was reverted right away (I helped testing different sized "forests" with Foob at that time to avoid the "tree is too large" error).

Anyway, let's avoid going completely off topic :P

If you keep a bit of space between the leaves of the trees it should prevent this from happening. Seems like if they are touching the trees all register as one to mcMMO.
That's the point Adrian. We can no longer chop down 2x2 jungle trees, making it completely useless. I could chop down a regular tree in the amount of time I activate Treefeller.

I see both sides of this. On zeel's side, I agree with him that the wild chunks are quite pricy and that will drive many people away from living in the wild and instead be driven towards towns (I'm not complaining there though, soon to be a mayor myself). However, this will help decrease the load on the wild world and keep it from being overloaded with people. On Cite's side, he is right in saying that there are a few who mass farm/mine/cut wood, etc., but it is still extremely hard for players who spend a fair amount (but not a ton) of time on the server to make a living on the server. In order to be successful, you have to spend EXORBANT amounts of time on the server, which most people don't have. In V5, it was much easier to make at least a little bit of a living. I'm pretty torn on it, but I would say I'm leaning towards zeel. I think that 2,000,000 Nbz is still an insane amount of money for 1 chunk, even if it is your 40th/50th chunk. That is almost 2.5 times more than a town!
