i know i see it everywhere, but is it not only in America?
As taken from reddit's down page: I'm not in the U.S. Why does this affect me?
Many of the sites that you may use (e.g. Google, Facebook, Wikipedia, etc.) are all affected by this law and will be required to hide offending domains from you.
If a non-U.S. site is blocked in the U.S., the site could suffer financially or even be bankrupted by the loss of U.S. traffic and revenue.

As you will probably already know the latest version of Minecraft has been released; 1.1. We will be updating to this version eventually, but as always we need to wait for Bukkit to update their stable release and to update any plugins which may need updating. Until we announce our changeover to 1.1 we suggest that you do not update your Minecraft clients.

We have now added the option to share all topics on the most widely know social networking sites.
In the top right of all topics (next to the topic title in the posts view) there are the social networking buttons.
The buttons include quick access to the Facebook like option and the Tweet button, but if you click the share button there is also access to a huge list of sharing options!
I would like to thank everyone who shares any topics we have and hope you will all do so!

Sometimes Leo9101's minecraft crashes when he dies and he can't do anything to fix it so I usually go on it to get it un-glitched? < With Leo's permission. Can I be banned for that?

In light of recent events regarding Minecraft accounts I am putting out this notice and warning:
While playing on the Noobstown server; Minecraft accounts are to be used by you (the owner) and you only. Giving accounts to other users for whatever reason is not permitted, using other people's accounts is therefore not allowed also.
We will ban any account that we have reason to believe that it may be in use by any user other than the original owner.
Also if your account is banned in-game for whatever reason and you are not the one who has used the account to perform the banning action; due to fault of your own, the ban may stand. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account details; this is not an issue we will deal with.
I would like to also remind everyone that giving anyone your passwords is a very unwise idea; no matter how much you may trust them, you cannot control what they may do on your account.
Issues with "stolen" accounts should be dealt with through Minecraft.net and with Mojang, not us.

EpicFaceFail was IRyaanzoor he got banned but he went on his laptop
to fake ip EpicFaceFail as me
UnBan Trey_Summit.My cousin entrusted me with his account to get my account back
but now looks like im gone if he sees dis 
- IRyaanzoor was banned for access user accounts other than his own, and for clearly admitting he was unaware and had not read the server rules.
- The account EpicFaceFail was banned as a security ban as the account was not being accessed by it's owner. The account belongs to be user Trey_Summit; and until we receive information that he has got secure access back it will continue to be banned.
- As far as I am aware Trey_Summit has not been banned.
