Wishing you all a Happy New Year. With 2011 nearly over, we look forward to 2012 and new things. 2011 has been a great year for Noobscraft with many large and eventful things happening! But as we look forward to 2012, we will be improving even more as time goes on! So finally to finish I would like to wish everyone reading this; a Happy New Year and I hope you enjoy taking part in any celebrations you may take part in! A couple of daysbefore V5 was released to veterans I personally handed £10 to Waterworth (he can confirm this), then it took a little trouble to register me as a veteran because I didn't pay by card (the reason being I only have a savers account at the moment and no card to access it), I am sure ItsLawrence will remember the trouble it caused on the first day of release to veterans, then around a week ago I noticed I still hadn't any points, I informed Waterworth of this, and he said he passed the information to Fatnoob, then shortly after I had received 10 points on my account, after seeing the prices in the shop I thought that £1 per point wasn't right and this post backs up this idea, If it is possible that ItsLawrence could check my previous Shop Purchases to see that I haven't purchased any items from the shop that would show good evidence that I am not lying. then I could receive the Correct amount of points please.
Hey, thanks for bringing this to my attention, you could have PMed me earlier to get a faster response though  . I have now issued you with the Points (going on todays pricing) and given you a little more for the trouble. I am really sorry about this, enjoy your Points now .

I thought I should add: when you visit PayPal it will show the purchase as being the original number of Points (before the offer), but don't worry our system will allocate you will the actual number shown on the donation page.

I would suggest user's don't do this and then report the user. Your case for someone griefing you is going to be much stronger if you have actually got an op seeing the logs rather than you with a screeny.
I would suggest that if you have been griefed get staff help, rather than using this method.

This appears when there is an issue with the server, it is not the site .

We have fixed a few issues which occured to the site during the transistion between servers. Issues fixed include: - Membership
- Donation
- VIP Shop
- VIP
- Christmas Advent Calendar
We are really sorry this happened, and that it lasted as long as it did. I have put in place a new system which will alert you that there is an issue with the server before you reach and serious error pages like users were experiencing this time. Again, the Noobscraft team would like to say sorry for any issues caused, tomorrow's free gift has been improved to say sorry! - ItsLawrence

This should now have been fixed. The issue was that he didn't enter his correct IGN before applying for membership, thus it connected his account with an incorrect Minecraft account. Sorted now though .

Why did you guys take away the /back command for the people who havent paid and aren't gonna pay? It makes the server not quite the same as it was 
As Linda said; it hasn't been available for normal (non-VIP) members for many versions. It was only in the temporary server because it was a temporary server and so command permissions weren't set up. As we are now in an actual version (Version 5) it has been set back to being a VIP/Veteran only command.
