Towns will no longer be taxed, however Mayor may choose to still Tax their residents. The main reason for this change is to avoid Towns being robbed and turned into ruins as a result. This of course has been a big problem for us in the past and we are trying to irradiate any issues that may cause mass grief or disturbance to players on the server.
Will nations have no tax too?

Soo.. A week is 7 days... he posted it 19th september... 19+ 7= 26th and it's 28th now
Maybe he was coding and updating the plugins on the 26th (for noobs), coding up mineapoc/updating 27th, 28th Making more buildings on mineapoc as it was down for a day, and the 29th... who knows what he maybe could be testing all issues, then on the 30th he could release it... (On my bday too)
So, no v6 prepping and testing? Doubtful, let's just go with October, and next weekend, pending they don't have homework.
I doubt it will be October, as they stated it will be back up hopefully in a week after it closed. been two weeks closed now, so hopefully they aren't 3+ weeks wrong..

it should. its been forever. the majority of everyone here is most likely COMPLETELY BORED(my keyboard hates me)
I just looked at my minecraft server list(lol i only have this and mineapoc) to see if the v6 was up, and you know what i saw? minecraft 1.6.4 update. i was all like 'wait, what?!' lol didnt even get the option to update it. it updated itself somehow. then its like 'wait what?!?!' again. lol im stop talking now.
i've had to survive so much school. do you know how hard it is to keep a good grade in PRECALCULUS?! actually quite easy...LOL
Apoc is closed for a day today. So you'll be even more bored!:o

Good rules. I assume the rules apply equally not only to members and guests, but also to moderators and prefects.
If so, will there be a separate mechanism to report a moderator or prefect that abuses the rules, or will the same "report user" be used for them too?

You could email Waterworth if you think a moderator is removing the reports when you report them. prefects cannot read the reports from what I've heard
