Right, well, I've been making skins for a little while on planetminecraft and I have a fairly decent skin that I've entered in the competition that's happening right now, "Video Game Characters". Would you like to be wiped by a bomb? BTW, the so called "bomb" at my sisters was actually a man that handed an old hand grenade from years back to a police man, somehow they still closed the street though and had a thorough search.

That is a very good idea! If it needed to be made in the spawn then they would have to ask the staff. But that is not a bad idea, if the veterans/VIPs supplied the prize.
Yes I would like to make two treasure hunts if you'd like to help me Lick? The prizes would be a Diamond block for the first person to find whatever we have hidden

This is a good idea but like danniel said we try not to spawn items for players except of special events. So this may not be possible.
I'm sure Veterans/VIPs can host events, If they get help from a member of staff? If someone does choose to host an event and they're Veteran/VIP then I suggest that they should be prepared to give the prize their self instead of leaving it up to staff.

There is a problem with the jumping puzzle as in 1.1 they added a patch so you cannot stand on top of ladders

A better idea, that should later be introduced into the game, should be craft-able spawning eggs. For example if you wanted a Creeper egg, you'd need gunpowder and an egg. That's what I like the sound of.
