Personally I don't mind. I consider it part of gameplay, it's motivation to try and make the most out of the days you have.
I wonder if you have 600 days VIP left, if you show as [veteran] on v6 .. and can't use them, can use them, stay vip, or what the plan with NTv6 is.
Veteran was put in place for VIPs before v5 because the donation perks back then included a life-time of VIP with all the commands we were given.

It's not really worth anything in PVP.. Whoever goes in to PVP with stuff like that is just asking for it to be destroyed since loot doesn't get dropped anymore.

I been playing on server with this plugin and I would say it is a bad choice, one of the servers a admin could not remove the frame cause it was under protection by a different player so yeah, this plugin is not exactly the best when it comes to protection and letting people remove it.
I am builder on that server and could not even remove the frame with worldedit.. 
The Admin on that server wouldn't have been opped through the server console though, the admins here on Noobstown are, plus, Foob and Lawrence would probably find a way to set permissions.. Not as if I'm for this item frames protect, just thought I'd add.

One, what are you currently doing to make money for this town?
Two, a 100k donation is a bit much...
Three, you offer people that donate "ta for a short time"... does this mean that soon you will take away their TA position?
Well for one, he already said he's farming and mining to get money, two, if you think 100k is a little to much to donate, don't donate and maybe suggest another idea instead of just saying how it "is a bit much...", that doesn't help in any way. Three, he didn't ever say that, what he said was "100noobs a week of ta or something not forever because idk who does what", he's not sure of the power within each towny title so he isn't sure of what the smaller donators would receive as a thank you. I'm not meaning to appear as if I'm nagging at you or being disrespectful, but all I see is you telling him how it doesn't work, and you didn't tell him why or suggest anything better to give him an idea of what to change.

Then it would be pointless and just a waste of server memory. When the mining world resets, so do all the mineshafts, which as we all most likely know, have chests with loot.

Wrong. The treasure chests only spawn in underground caves, so no need to worry about that. Also, the /hunt command will tell you how many blocks away from the chest you are, so they are not difficult to find.
I'd say the whole world has been discovered already, this version of NoobsCraft has been out for many many months, some caves could be owned by towns or wildy people is what I'm saying.

This plugin would get caught up with Towny and private wilderness homes. The chests would most-likely spawn in somebody's plot or on top of someone's home I assume so you've got a 50/50 chance of even getting to open the chest by the time you actually find it.. Right?

Lawrence has the ability to add and remove Points, I got points from the SnowBall events, I probably wouldn't use them so why not give them to you , I don't know if Lawrence will go through with it though.

If NoobsCraft was to turn in to a Tekkit server then I probably wouldn't play anymore. I prefer not to steer away from the normal, vanilla Minecraft because I fear that Tekkit is one of those things you get used to and if you were to try normal Minecraft, you wouldn't enjoy it as much without all the Tekkit add-ons and perks.

Well I woke up this afternoon and I tried to turn on my computer and monitor as I do every morning before I freshen myself up in the bathroom, but upon pressing the power button on my monitor, nothing happened ._.
I tried using another device such as my mum's computer - Didn't work. I tried using a new fuse in the power plug - Didn't work. Tried using a total different power plug - Didn't work. By this time I was convinced is was broken and wasn't going to work, which absolutely sucks because I'll not get to play on NoobsTown or MineApoc.
It's quite an awkward time of the year because Christmas and New Year has just finished so there isn't much money in the household to get it fixed or replaced.
I also want to apologize to Foob that I wont be able to finish the thing I was working on for MineApoc, I'm not sure when/if I'll be able to get on sometime soon.
EDIT: Since my mum is so epic, she let me try the front-room's TV and it worked :o.

Well there's only ever 4-8 people online at once and I don't think Miner speaks to everyone of them, so it wouldn't really be interacting with the community..

Well unless I misread Miner's first post he said that you can silk touch it off the snow on the ground, and since we have weather on that means that it snows... So you can actually get this snow within the game without having to add it to the global shop.
Otherwise I have no opinion on this because I don't quite see the complete point of being able to get this block right now.
That's just like saying that anything else that's obtainable normally through normal items are pointless if added to the shop?
